Poland – the cheapest snowboarding location in Europe
As the European snowboarding season gets underway in less than 6 months, if you are on a budget and cannot afford your yearly trip to go skiing in italy, then why not head to Poland this year to enjoy an excellent value winter holiday?
The best thing about visiting Poland (at any time of year) is its currency exchange rate. The country still uses the Polish Zloty, which is extremely good value for money for tourists visiting from the UK. The best thing to do is to search online for snowboarding and skiing deals for the 2010-2011 season. After you compare different packages and you will are likely to notice a substantial difference in the costs for Polish resorts compared to the costs at snowboarding resorts in the French Alps, for example.
